Your data stays on your device
GYMTIK is an offline-first app. There is no account, no sign-in, and it does not send your personal data to any server. Everything you enter and everything the app records is stored locally on your device.
What is stored on your device
- Your profile: gender, goal, training level, height, weight, and date of birth.
- Your workouts, sets, reps, and the weights you log.
- Your weight log, streaks, milestones, and app preferences (theme, language, accent color, reminder settings).
Backups
You can export a backup as a JSON file that you control, saved only where you choose. Importing restores that data. We never upload your backups.
Progress photos
If you add progress photos, they are stored locally on your device only and are excluded from any device cloud backup. They never leave your device.
Notifications
Workout and weigh-in reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent off-device.
No ads, no tracking, no analytics
GYMTIK shows no ads and contains no third-party ads, tracking, or analytics.
Payments
GYMTIK has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or activation codes, and it does not collect or process any payment information.
Links
Opening a link (such as the store page or the web version of this policy) uses your device browser to load a public page.
Children
GYMTIK's content is modest, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes its local data from your device. You can also clear the app's data from your device settings.
