Scope
This policy covers the ovixtik.com website only. Our apps have separate policies, linked in the last section.
What we collect
When you send the “Start your project” or “Contact us” form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name and company name
- Your WhatsApp number and email address
- The project type, what it should do, the budget and the timeline
- Your preferred way to be contacted, and your message
If you choose to send your request on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and follows its policy.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your request.
Protecting the forms from abuse
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the sender is a person and not an automated program. Cloudflare may process technical information about your connection, such as your IP address, for this purpose.
We also limit repeated requests from the same address to stop the form being abused.
Analytics and cookies
We may use cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use Google Analytics and we show no ads.
We keep your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser’s storage on your device; it does not reach us.
Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare, which sits between visitors and our server to deliver and protect the pages.
Your rights
Write to us if you want to ask about the data you sent through the site, or to ask for it to be deleted.
